Greetings!

Turns out the guys were not there yesterday when I was there at 3 pm because they ran out of primer and had to go to Sherwin Williams in Sturgeon Bay to get more.

I was there at 5:30 pm this afternoon and they were finishing up for the day. The lantern, railing and deck have one coat of finish paint. A second coat of paint will be applied. They plan on doing so tomorrow and paint the lantern insets with the white accent color. One of the insets will be painted lead color so we can see what that looks like in order to decide if we want white or lead color insets. The astragals (vertical pieces that hold the glass in place) have been primed. They will get painted black once the new safety glass is installed.

It is looking fantastic!
