The Door County Historical Society is pleased to announce that Eagle Bluff Light Station will open for the 2025 season on Thursday, May 23. Located in beautiful Peninsula State Park, the lighthouse will welcome visitors for guided tours daily from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., seven days a week.
While restoration and reconstruction efforts are actively underway—thanks to generous donors and supporters—guests will still be able to experience the rich history of this iconic maritime landmark. Tours will offer a unique behind-the-scenes look at the preservation work in progress, alongside the stories of the lighthouse keepers who once called Eagle Bluff home.
Admission is $6 per person, but members of the Door County Historical Society and veterans receive free admission. As a proud Blue Star Museum, we are also honored to offer free admission to active-duty military personnel and their families. (A park sticker is required to enter the park.)
We are excited to open the doors once again and share the enduring story of Eagle Bluff Light Station with all who visit. Whether it’s your first time or a cherished tradition, we can’t wait to welcome you to this special place.
