Learning at the Village, is a series of exciting programs throughout the season designed to engage families and individuals of all ages in an immersive educational experience about the captivating history of Door County. This series aims to bring history to life through interactive activities, demonstrations, and engaging presentations, creating unforgettable memories for visitors.
Learning at the Village will take place at the Heritage Village, located in Sturgeon Bay. From crafts and historic games to informative presentations and guided tours, visitors will have the opportunity to explore and engage with Door County's fascinating past in an engaging and family-friendly atmosphere.
The series will run all summer and into the fall, providing ample opportunities for the community to participate and engage with Door County's history. Each program will last approximately 1-2 hours, are included with the price of admission and open to the public. (Fees may apply for some programs.) Donations are gratefully accepted as well.
