From the Keeper’s Desk – Nov 28

Greetings!

The insulators had to postpone their Friday appointment. They were here Tuesday Nov 25. They completed their work.

Our electricians wrapped up the immediate work that needed to be done. Eric from Wulf continued to work on the lighthouse HVAC.

Chuck worked on odds and ends as the pictures show.

It will be interesting to see how we get to the lighthouse after Sunday. A winter storm warning has been posted for Saturday into Sunday with anywhere from 5 to 11 inches of snow. Eric from Wulf still has things to complete and we will need the HVAC system operational to begin heating the lighthouse. He will need to be able to get there Tuesday. The road needs to be plowed to the lighthouse parking lot, snow cleared for parking and snow removed from the parking lot to the lighthouse back door.
