Beginning with the 2025 season, Heritage Village will charge a modest admission fee to help sustain and improve this beloved historic site. The new rates are $6 per adult, $3 for children ages 6-17, and free admission for children 5 and under. There will be a cap for immediate family members of $18. As always, Door County Historical Society members enjoy free entry as a benefit of their membership.
This change is necessary to ensure the continued care of our eight historic buildings, which require ongoing maintenance and preservation. While donations have helped, they are no longer enough to support the Village’s needs. Your admission directly contributes to preserving history, enhancing programming, and expanding visitor experiences.
