The wait is over—Root Beer Festival is back and it all happens tomorrow, Saturday, July 12 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Heritage Village in Sturgeon Bay! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and one of the most exciting family-friendly events in Door County.
Celebrate everything you love about root beer in a one-of-a-kind historic setting. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Root beer tastings featuring a variety of Wisconsin brands
- Root beer floats served all day
- Live brewing demonstrations to show how root beer is made
- A History of Root Beer presentation
- Live music throughout the day
- Costumed interpreters bringing the Village to life
- The Greene Store will be open with gifts, treats, and root beer for sale
- Historic games like sack races and ring toss
- Special commemorative root beer mugs available for purchase
This is the perfect event for families, root beer fans, and anyone who enjoys a fun day outdoors surrounded by Door County history.
Admission is $5 for adults, children 18 and under.
Heritage Village is located at 2041 Michigan Street, Sturgeon Bay.
