Support History with Your Grocery Receipts!

Did you know your grocery shopping can help preserve Door County’s history?

Thanks to a generous ongoing partnership with Tadych’s Marketplace, the Door County Historical Society receives a percentage of all qualifying purchases. It’s simple: bring us your Tadych’s receipts, and we’ll do the rest. Our team will sort, bundle, and submit them to the store—turning your everyday errands into meaningful contributions to our mission.

Every receipt adds up! In October 2023, your receipts brought in $531.81, and in January 2025, we received $380.33, for a grand total of $912.14! A huge thanks to Cheryl Chaudoir for totaling that up—and to all of you for saving and sharing your receipts.

You can drop off your receipts at our office at 130 N 4th Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, or send them by mail to:
DCHS, PO Box 71, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.

This is an easy way to support our preservation, education, and programming efforts—at no cost to you. And every bit helps!

Thank you for being part of our story—and for helping us grow.
