Celebrate New Improvements at Heritage Village

Heritage Village has seen many exciting improvements over the past year, and tomorrow we’re taking a moment to celebrate them.
Join us for the dedication of our new interpretive signs and a special recognition of the many renovation and preservation projects that continue to enhance the visitor experience while protecting Door County’s history for future generations.
We’ll have cookies and lemonade available as we gather to recognize everyone who has helped make these projects possible. Whether you’ve been following the improvements or it’s your first visit of the season, we’d love to celebrate with you!
Get Creative with Flower Pounding
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
After the dedication, stick around for this month’s Garden Art Program and discover the art of flower pounding!
Using fresh flowers and leaves from the beautiful Heritage Garden, you’ll create a unique botanical masterpiece by transferring the natural colors and patterns directly onto fabric or paper. No experience is necessary, and all supplies are provided—just bring your creativity!
