I headed to the light station this morning hoping to see JF Construcion delivering gravel for the shed installation.
JF was not there but Ground Source, the well company, was there installing the pump in the well. By the time I arrived they already had the pump in the well and were making adjustments. Everything was connected and they powered the pump with a generator so the pressure switch could be adjusted. The range is 55 to 75 psi. It was exciting to see water flowing. It is now ready for Action Electric to connect it to the barn power.
They said it is a ¾ HP pump set at a depth of 120 feet. The total well depth is 200 feet.
